Founded by Samantha Miezio in 2011, Symplexity is a management and communications company for tech centric industries and projects that assists clients. Symplexity provides unambiguous business communications, and develops program and project design (structure, process and systems design), optimised for success in market delivery.
Symplexity is dedicated to being a different type of consultancy group, one that exists to serve brands who want to bring vitality to their projects and help people who are turning up to work to get things done. We ensure that the work is always worth the endeavour, by delivering world-class outputs that best serve the argument and the audience.

Samantha Miezio
Director
Samantha brings over 25 years experience in communications, business analysis and technical writing. Her written communications have been utilised in Cabinet submissions, Ministerials, strategic communications plans, media management, business cases, tender and bid submission, technical operations and training manuals, media relations, bilateral activity designs, cross-cultural training and seminars, negotiations and contracts.
Samantha has lectured at the University of New South Wales and the University of Canberra. She has authored and delivered masters level units of study in organisational behavior, and lectured in additional units such as Leadership and Strategy. Samantha brings a convenient blend of IT technical skill and knowledge, which means she can utilise a variety of platforms in order to deliver content to audiences.
Driven by the challenge to break down complex information into digestible chunks that can be shared with the team, Samatha enjoys harnessing the creative potential that is encountered on any new project. She appreciates the unknown can bring uncertainty and possesses the experience to turn this fear around to create an environment that facilitates the opportunity for innovation and unique design.
The breadth of industry experience that Samantha brings to her clients is the key to her success. Her ability to take on specialist industry knowledge, and provide successful structures and management from design through to delivery is her niche.
